Argentine dietitians in the study which studied the diets of women came to the conclusion that their day in the morning to start with eating a banana.
The experiment was conducted with the participation of hundreds of middle-aged women who are overweight. For three months, the subjects ate bananas for breakfast only and do not limit yourself to the rest.
